Session 4 of #thisisjaneproject according to participant, Ash.

This is Jane Project isn’t just like any other event. It’s an experience. An experience I’ve never had before in regards to healing on a group level. I have always used cannabis to help cope and destress from anxiety and the thoughts brought on by trauma. When I experienced #thisisjaneproject, it was like I no longer had to deal with it (trauma/healing) alone.

I came to find out that there are others like me, others who internalized their traumas and thought self coping was the answer.

Truth is, we all need to heal a little; whether it be from generational toxic behavior or childhood abuse. I, for one, wish events like this were available world round.

Cannabis has been a natural healing source for ages, even our first two presidents grew it in their backyards. It’s a miracle plant really and when you light up and share with like minded individuals, it's the best thing in the world. It relaxes you and gives you a second to really settle into oneself.

We live in a society where it’s always about being on the go and work, work, work. We don’t really give ourselves the chance to breathe and really do some self realizations. I’m glad I was able to enjoy the experience that it’s the Jane project, because I now know I don’t have to do it alone.

This is Jane Project is a safe space for wellness and belonging.
